With different kinds of training and education, one gets different opportunities to be employed or earn more.

When one is looking for education, one is encouraged to think and put the thoughts in words. Training may help a person to handle crisis situations in a better way or to become a better communicator, thereby becoming a more efficient worker.

Generally, one gets training when one is employed or wants to seek employment at a particular place. So, training could be for a specific purpose. The big corporate houses often offer training programs for their employees so that they can learn new and more effective techniques which will help them in their performance. So, the company and the employees both benefit from training.
